Maintenance Services
We service and maintain facilities from small tenancies to major, multi-level buildings and provide an indepth report of each unit serviced.
Our service team have incorporated systems that insures our clients are up to date and made aware of upcoming routine maintenance. We currently hold over 68 service contracts through the ACT and NSW regions.

3D BIM
As part of our range of services, we at Astor Air Conditioning offer optional 3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) on major projects. This service can help solve engineering and coordination problems during the drafting and documentation phase, potentially avoiding site clashes and costly modifications.
