Feature Project: Franklin School Early Childhood Expansion
Astor completed the mechanical package as part of the Franklin Early Childhood School Expansion Project.
Our objective included the supply and installation of air conditioning equipment identified in drawings and specifications, which included; air conditioning units, ERVS, Fans, Silencers, BMS Controls and integration through the BMS contractor. As part of stage 3 works, we were requested to conduct additional works for the canteen in a multi-purpose area, which included: exhaust canopies, exhaust fans, air conditioning units, rigid ductwork, and electrical and BMS-associated works.
Our service team conducted a DLP service and provided detailed reporting to ensure optimum functionality, communication and clarity to our client.
Our projects team delivered a positive and efficient solution to our client and completed on time and on budget.
