Astor completed the mechanical removal and replacement as per the specifications provided. Our scope of work included the decommission and removal of existing 1 to 1 reverse cycle air conditioning systems, and the supply and installation of 15 new reverse cycle systems, complete with new supply and return air transitions. All works had to be completed during night time to ensure smooth operations of tenancies during the day.

Our project management team conducted and succeeded in providing a package to our client that was flexible and suitable, including associated building works which included: removal and reinstatement of the ceiling, removal and new installation of plasterboards. (Including plastering and painting)
