Astor completed the mechanical design, supply and installation of The Alby in Woden. Our scope was to design, supply and install a kitchen exhaust system compliant to design specifications and an efficient air conditioning system that operates at multiple locations and levels throughout the tenancy. (Basement, ground areas, including outside air for specification.)

Our in-house design team executed:

• Design Documentation for strata & Building approval.

• Design a solution for the external extraction of the kitchen hoods.

• Design of the controls and management of the mechanical system within the Bar

• Maintenance - Design of the mechanical system so routine maintenance can be carried out accordingly for the duration of its life.

• Safety in Design - Ensuring the design and installation of the mechanical can be constructed and maintained for the duration of its life.

• Coordination - Ensure the Mechanical design is applied in conjunction with the Architectural design and intent.

• Coordination – Design is coordinated in a way that it does not foul or hinder other services.
